Part 1

'Mofanana' is an animated film made by Luke Whittaker and the participants of the sex work project in Malawi, as part of the collaboration between Theatre for a Change and Christian Aid. It is a central part of our EQUAL campaign for gender equality - 'Mofanana Mphamvu, Kutchepetsa HIV' which means 'More equality Equals Less HIV'.

We are very grateful to Luke and everyone involved for all the hard work they put in to the making of this film.

Part 2

'Mofanana 2 is the second animated film in our Gender Equality Campaign. If focuses on the abuse that girls face in schools in Malawi, based on the experiences of young teachers in the radio group. Many thanks to Nancy Ellis who made the film.
